The education system is a structure, which are part of the principles, rules and procedures governing the way the new members of the society are formed. It allows new generations appropriate the culture, art, knowledge, technology, values ​​and generally the ways of seeing the world and life of a given society; and the adult generations to transmit and consolidate this way of viewing the world and behave in life. Because of this, its importance is indisputable, because the human being becomes dependent on it every day of his life. There are many ways to see and study education, the analysis can be performed from sociological, biological, psychological and philosophical perspectives.
In basic education, now, Mexico has with 13,304,734 90.446 public elementary students. The Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) is the institution responsible for managing the various educational levels in the country since September 25, 1921, date of its creación.Además, each of the states has similar bodies that regulate and administer education taught in the territories under their jurisdiction.

In Mexico there are different levels of education: basic education, secondary and higher education, which include studies in: preschool, primary, secondary, high school, bachelor's, master's and doctoral graduates and in addition to other forms of higher education. Basic education (consisting of preschool, primary and secondary), along with the upper middle (high school or high school) they are mandatory and issued by the government (federal, state, Federal District and municipalities) across the Mexican territory, under the terms the third article of the Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Among the varieties of shrimp caught in this landlocked country highlights the coffee (Farfantepeneaus aztecus), which represents 90 percent of total production in the Gulf of Mexico.

The application of the closure of brown shrimp can protect the main biomass growth (volume) that migrates from the lagoon to the sea, optimize the benefit of productive sectors, promoting the capture of shrimp increased size and commercial value and protect reproductive process.

For the conservation and sustainability of the resource, the National Fisheries Institute (INAPESCA) provides technical support, which allows for measures to ensure the commercial availability.
